Women... a truly happy and self confident person does not project hurtful, harmful workds or idioms to injure others.
When you love yourself there is no need to harm others with verbal hostility. Reacting to those who intentionally choose to demean and hurt is unnecessary - be the better person; return a constructive comment, "words of wisdom" ...and let it go.
Life is complicated enough without have to deal with harmful energies - cherish your spirit as well as the spirit in others.

Women …most importantly --never give up your self identity.
Having a solid self identity is what helps you keep your balance and stability. Women with a secure self identity make better friends, wives, mothers ...people. If you do lose touch with the woman in you remember --you are a very powerful-being and only you can find yourself again.
Take baby steps, “plug” back into life, find what makes you happy and what inspires you; there you will find yourself.
